Jana
I first found yoga in 2014 in London and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! In 2016 I decided to go to India and I set on a path of self-discovery, looking within and finding my true purpose in life. Through yoga, I am able to understand, appreciate and influence the world around me. Based in Sydney, my intention as a professional Yoga Teacher is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. I expanded my knowledge again in India in 2019 with Advanced yoga teacher training and continued in Sydney with studies in NLP , pilates and yin yoga to complement my teaching.
